Return Policy:

YourScrapbookSupply offers the following Returns Policy:  We do everything we can to insure that items arrive to you in perfect condition.  We ship using USPS and if the packages weighs over 13 ounces we ship it Priority.  Becuase of this we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or we make a mistake in the order.  We will do everything we can to correct issues should they arise.  We want to keep you as a customer, that's out goal, to keep you happy.  So contact us if there is an issue.  You have 30 days from when the item was bought to bring a problem to our attention.   Email:  rhonda@yourscrapbooksupply.com or cal 734-369-6022 Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM EST.
